LecturaReadingUnidad 1 · 57 hUnit 1 · 57 h
Reflexionar sobre las diferentes dimensiones de la experiencia humana, propia y ajena, a partir de la lectura de obras literarias y otros textos que forman parte de nuestras herencias culturales, abordando los temas estipulados para el curso y las obras sugeridas para cada uno.
Reflect on the different dimensions of human experience, own and others', from reading literary works and other texts that are part of our cultural heritages, addressing the topics stipulated for the course and the suggested works for each.
  1. Links a theme of the work (exile, identity, power, love, death) to an own or collective human experience with grounding.
  2. Explains how a cultural heritage (Indigenous peoples, Hispanic tradition, Chilean memory) manifests in the work read.
  3. Contrasts two worldviews present in course works and exemplifies with quotations.
  4. Formulates a personal reflection that dialogues with the work without reducing it to anecdote.
  5. Relates the work to its unit thematic axis (absence, citizenship, divine/human, power).
  • Vocabulario académico

    Academic vocabulary

Sin el léxico de la asignatura (narrador, hablante lírico, tesis, intertextualidad, modalizador), el análisis pierde precisión. En secundaria, es lo que mejor predice la comprensión lectora.

Without the subject's vocabulary (narrator, lyric speaker, thesis, intertextuality, hedge), analysis loses its precision. In secondary school, it is the strongest predictor of reading comprehension.

  • Pensamiento crítico e intertextual

    Critical and intertextual thinking

Leer cada obra como una isla, sin conectarla con otras obras, con su contexto o con el presente, deja fuera la intertextualidad y la relación entre la obra y su época que piden los OA 03, 04, 05 y 08, además del OA 02.

Reading every work as an island, without connecting it to other works, to its context or to the present, leaves out the intertextuality and the work-and-period link that OA 03, 04, 05 and 08 ask for, plus OA 02.
